allright i picked up 2 2.3 manifolds n the guy i got them off of isn't shure wich mani is the HO. i have the part # from one it's 24571319 is that the HO??.i also picked up a 56 mm TB and the secret cam swap all for a straight up trade for blue underglows. if someone could help me out it would be appreciated and how did some of you with the 2.3 intake manifold fit the EGR. did you delete it or did you incorparate it into the 2.3 mani? if you deleted it do you have a CEL ??? again any help would be appreciated.
allright the runners on this one i can fit my hand through (i got small hands) the other one thier allmost sealed either way it's getting P&P for better flow either way ho or not it's gonan flow a helluva lot better than the 2.4 crap intake manifold.
The 2.3l manifold will out flow your 2.4l head any day no need for porting. Now getting matched to the head is a differant story but you have to add material to the ports on the manifold in order to do this or get an adaptor flange.
its not a strait bolt up.
bolt holes also have to be slotted.
yeah we planned o nslotting the bolt holes for it i knwo it's not a direct bolt on i wanted to port them to flow a little better but if you say it dosent need it then i guess i don't need to but thanx for the help paul id trust your word any day.
