Okay guys, I have a question and i searched but didn't turn up anything. If a person has the 2.3 LO manifold would a 58mm H.O Throttle body bolt up to that or not?? I'm unsure of the compatibility on these.

H.O tb's are only 56mm just like any other 2.3 tb But yes it bolts right up.
didn't say it was STOCK t.b in bore.
H.O Throttle Body . But as long as it will bolt up thats all im worried about. Thanks for the help

well it will bolt on but the bore on the intake manifold is only 56mm meaning your 58mm really wont be doing anything unless you have the manifold bored too.
sweet....much appreciated..i'll be so glad when i'm finished with this! haha.

2.3L manifolds have a 58 mm opening. That's most likely why revco doesn't taper the other end like they do with their ECO throttle bodies.

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.
Bwahaha, 2mm so isn't worth that kind of money!
But yes, bolt pattern is the same.
But if you take a H.O., and have a machine shop that's already doing the machine work for ya. Would you go ahead and let them bore the throttle body for cheapie cheapie..LOL

if you bore the throttle body, you need to install a larger butterfly.
You can go to the junk yard and get the larger ecotec butterfly for next to nothing( I think it is 58 mm but it might be 57mm) and have a machine shop bore it to match pretty cheap.
