so im looking to upgrade these two parts but i have no idea were to look for them or what to get, can anyone give me a suggestion on them

How much boost are you running and what size turbo?

If we have no clue what you have done then i don't see how we are suppose to help. were here to help so just post your mods and iam sure you will get some feed back.
I would say if your not boosted or have a high comp build there would be no need for injectors. Throttle body if you have a 2.4l i would say just swap to a 56mm 2.3 t/b.

the only mod i have is a k/n airfilter. i really dont know where to start at, i want to get the hahnrace craft kit when it comes out for the automatics but im still saving $ for it, but in the meantime i want to start on something else, i just dont know what to do?

I would say do suspension but not before you have enough saved for the Hahn kit If you want something cheap to work on do some customer interior fiberglassing or something.
