i bought my friends aem cold air for my 04 cavalier. i noticed it doesnt have a vacuum line to run off the fuel pressure regulater. engines are different and blocked hes off. arent you supposed to run that to vacuum. or will it @!#$ up or what. any help would help thanks
ECOtec DOHC
the fuel pressure regulator will not be on the intake tube, it will be on the intake manifold. are you talking about the crankcase vent?? it is a good idea to have that vented, but people have opinions either way. IMO the line should be connected to the intake.

You would think that, but not with the Eco. AEM's solution was to put a piece of foam over the FPR connection, personally I'd tap the plastic piece and run it as it did factory, or check for an existing spot on the intake mani, or you could T off of a TB connection.
