Not really performance oriented, but it's under the hood! I need a part # or which vehicle this battery cover shown comes off of....any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is out of a 98 - 02 S10 Blazer, I'm almost sure of it. I work at a Chevrolet Dealer in the parts department. Tomarrow I'll find you a part #.

I had mine laying around but it has since disappeared and I'm looking for a new one to clean up the engine bay.

I have one in my garage....... swiped it when I worked at GM

Awesome! I assume it showed an image of it? As there is also another thicker "insulator" that just goes around the sides of the battery....just want to make sure that one didn't come up.

Anyhow thanks a ton! Sucks about the weather, I live in MI and it's been clear out....thank god....just a lil chilly.
