Okay guys I returned home today from my vacation and I wanted to install my new Fidanza short shifter so I could just get used to driving the car again all at once. Anyway the install wasn't too bad but I have 2 questions. With the reverse lock-out it really doesn't go into the slotted area, like you can pop it in and then it just slides forward a bit? Did anybody else have this problem or know how I should solve it? It seems almost like theres not enough to allow it to go back far enough. Second, I wanted to use the stock shift knob and I was able to get it on there but there is like a minor gap between the bottom of the shift knob and the top of the short shifter lifter piece. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
