Is there a difference in the cat back exhaust on a 97 2.4 and a 97 2.2?? Will a 96-98 2.2 catback exhaust system fit on a 97 Z24 (2.4)?

95-98 2.3 AND 2.4 SAME

95-98 2.2 SAME

the 2.2 is shorter than the 2.4 system

some after market systems can be shortened to fit the 2.2 , others are specific for each application

The reason that I am asking is because on my 97 2.4 I currently have 2.5" crush bent full exhaust on my car... BUT, I have found a REALLY good deal on a brand new 2.25" mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust.
So, I can use the 2.2 exhaust but I might have to add a little to it right? Would the mandrel bent 2.5" be better for me?
