i took a 2.4 header and reported and redrilled the flange it works awsome took like 2 hours to modify then i got it decked by a speed shope to ensure a good flat surface. igot a tusudo off e bay i have maybe 200 bucks in the whole thing

i have heard that the 2.4l headers have to small of runners for a 2.3l ho or even a lo. but thats what i have heard don't know from experience. got any picture of it on there?

o yeah i have a tusudo header from ebay on my 2.4l i like mine didnt have any problems

You just wasted 150$.

You should have SEARCH and would have found out that the 2.3 Ho exhaust manifold flow more than the header you just put on.

i have a ho manifold and it flows much less trust me and the bigger runners don't help considering the small size of the ho exhaust ports. ya gotta keep velosity. but everyone is intitled to there opinion haha

200HP HO Quad4 no more. All that restriction in the exhaust just cost you all your top end...where the motor makes power naturally.
