Hi-FlowCat Installation Statement

I just got my converter and in the box is a "Comverter Warranty Certificate/Installation Statement". Do I have to fill this thing out and give a copy to the shop I go to? What am I supposed to do with it?

It will only be valid if the shop you had install is certified with that company, go back and ask them.

I haven't gone to any shop yet, the converter is still laying on my floor. Do I have to bring that with me and have them fill it out?

when i had my cat installed, the shop never filled that out, and honestly I didn't care.
