What needs to be replaced to run the higher .410" lift of the W41 cams on a otherwise stock 2.4L engine. I'm building a boosted LD9 and while I'm there I wanted to do some cam work aswell. Also, as side question for someone who might know, would the W41 cams be any better performer while boosting than the HO .375" cams?
hum, you didn't do your research correctly. The Ho cams are .410" of lift. Same thing for the W41 cams. The duration is different. 212° for the Ho and 218° for the W41. The .375" are the Lo cams.
Don't use the W41 cams. They won't work with the stock ecm. You'll need to have a lobe machine to the camshaft sensor, convert to the old ps pump or have an hex key machine at the end of the cam and use the Ho (35mm) lifter and cam housing. Plus I recommend to get better valve springs if you got the Ho cams.

even the HO cams will require alot of work for use in the 96-02 2.4
no drive for the power steering , and no cam posistion sensor , plus the mods needed for the cam tower and lifters
im in the process??? huh wuh??? Im currently searching junk yards for the secret cams. i found a 1995 2.3l dohc grand am SE for the intake camshaft. And the other is at another junk yard from a 1993 2.3l dohc grand am SE. There not HO engines. Still didnt get a chance to pull em. WRONG CAMS???

Does anyone or can anyone make cams with like .475" lift for use in a 2000 Z24 with a ported 086 head swap, built bottom end and a T3/T04e 57 trim turbo?

Yep. you have 2 choise. You go with a set of T-R-S blank cams and have the grind or you buy a set of Mantapart racing cams for the 2.3.
In either case you'll need solid lifter and a standalone ecm, complete rebuild valvetrain.
