i was wanting to know what you guys think the difference between tha lo and ho manifold? which is easier to install and which would give bigger/better gains in power and reliability? thanks
hugs and hand pounds, peace
both are the same dificulty on installation
most people prefer to use the HO over the LO
how then do i go about covering the egr?
hugs and hand pounds, peace
you can get an egr block plate for it. Some of the LO manifolds I have seen have a really cool design, but they flow like @!#$. The HO manifold is the way to go.

so the lo manifold wouldn't be a good swap for my 97 2.4

nope. not at all. it's called Low Output for a reason lol

I remember someone dyno'ing the lo manifold. they gained horsepower.
I don't know why you would assume that. *sigh.

from every amount of research i have done on that manifold, the LO is a worse design, flows like crap, and offers no gains. that's my story.
