Removing AC

k first of all i want to remove it because even though it gets hot here i never use it cuz my gas mileage and power go to @!#$ when i turn it on. is it easy to do? do i have to get it discharged? the belt i believe you just get a reagular one that doesnt include the ac cuz nuthin needs to be changed? what all should i be taking off also?
