is there a difference between a header for the 95-99 and the 00-02 2.4L engines
because the earlier had EGR and the new did not
i don't believe the exhaust ports are any different. however, it might have something to do with clearing something else. i'd say stick with what's advertised for your year unless one of the ld9 guys can correct me.

I hope there is no diff. But today I made magic happen with a 95-99 WAI. Hope this is not a problem cause I got a 95-99 OBX and just bought a 00 Z
the reason im asking is because im curious as to if i get a 00-02 header... will it block off the EGR on the exhaust side... therefore having it blocked off on both intake and exhaust side?

yes but on the otherside you've got a lot more @!#$ that you can't just move... like a firewall, and all the fun stuff on that side of the motor.

just stick with want you have. if you have a 99 z24. then get a header for a 99 2.4

if i wanted to just stick with the same year as my car then i would get the same year( and i wouldnt have put a 2.3l HO IM on my car)... but im interested in the different years
