I have been searching on here about how the cavaliers need to have no bigger than a 59mm even for a 2.4. I can only find 62mm on the websites the faq's suggested. Would I lose anything going with a 62mm with a new intake manifold? Also I am not planning on using NOS or Turbo at all. Anything expertise would be useful.

no
the stock manifold on a 2.4 is roughly 59 mm. just take the your stock TB and have it bored out to 59 mm by a machine shop in your area
