idk if this is normal or not, but say your giving 30% throttle in 3rd from about 1500rpms to about 3500 rpms, is your vac. supposed to decrease by about 5? i just noticed this yesterday, wanted to know if it is a normal operation of the vehicle or not.

the more its closed the higher it will be
and if your going down hill it will go higher
