anyone got any wiring diagrams for installing and msd dis2 on an ecotec engine? do you need new spark plug wires or can you keep the boots?
A MSD tech said that the Ecotec uses integrated coils and ignition modules therefore making the installation of an MSD ignition system impossible.

Not sure on this but if you changed over to the plug wires they have out for the ecotec could you connect it up then?
msd teck told me it should work on the eco u just need some cam sync thing or something
the cam sync is only needed if running msd coils and wires, with stock stuff i dont see it being needed, Its figured out I just need the parts, keep the faith good things are coming and no its not impossible
