a serch would find your answer, but long story no exhaust can't void your warranty except the head wil void you emissions warranty on the factocy cat, but cat back exhaust doesn't void @!#$
no it wont void your warrenty.
if you have an intake and something goes wrong with your engine. the dealership would have to prove that your intake caused the problem
just look up the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act
