Has anyone local to DFW successfully bypassed the Passlock system in a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire (or similar)?

I'm having an issue with my car not starting because of Passlock cutting the injectors.

I took the car to a local audio shop to attempt the bypass, but they were unable to get it to work.

Anyone local willing to do it for a small fee or can recommend someone that can do it?

why not just get a new passlock?? i dont think you can just bypass it like any other wire...it uses a magnetic type sensor, so its not just on off type stuff. I assume you just dont wanna buy a new ignition cylinder??

I just don't want to replace the ignition cylinder and then run into more issues.

Cost-wise I'm guessing the cylinder replacement will be much more expensive as well.

i think the cyl is like 200 bucks...but i have never seen anyone successfully bypass that theft lock
