hey i just ordered all new pc parts for cheaper than what you want.
heres the specs of the pc i am buidling this week.
gigabyte 939 motherboard.
athlon xp 64 bit edition 3200
1 gig of ddr 400 memory - already had
new case with face on front and leds, 480 power supply
sony dual dvd burner, 16x
geforce 6200 video card
80 gig 7200 hard drive - already had
logitech black keyboard, and wireless optical mouse
got all this stuff brand new last week for about $250
seems like your asking too much for a crappy 1.2 celeron processor. Im thinking all of this is only worth $150.00, but thats my opinion.
www.pricewatch.com is the way to go for all pc parts.
