yo what the hell is up with my hood. when i pull the hood release, it doesnt release!! that ain't cool! how the hell do i fix that!?
Well you need to remove the panel by the hood release. Did the cable break, did the clip snap off the hand lever, did the clip break?

This used to happen on my Taurus. Make sure your hood's fully latched (push down on it) and then try the hood release again.

hey thanx Mike. that totally helped. didnt think it would be something so simple. now i feel pretty stupid but now my hood opens. i had a low fluid light come on so i need to get under there. its all good now. thanx again.
