NEED HELP!!

I tried searching for the answer to my problem but only came up with some similar problems, but not the exact same one.

I have a 96 Z 5 speed with about 100,000 miles. When I start it up it idles at about 1500 rpms. Then after about 2-3 mins, whether it is just idling or if I'm driving it, the car acts like it wants to stall out, like it isn't getting any fuel. I can put the pedal to the floor and nothing happens. It will spit and sputter for a couple seconds, then run fine. It will only do this after cold starts. Then when the engine is warm, she idles at 1000 rpms. Something just doesn't seem right here. I've replaced the fuel filter twice, the idi cover, and coolant sensor. It seems as if the problem is electrical rather than mechanical because it only happens on cold starts. If you guys can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

i'm guessing its fuel related. It could be your fuel pump. ever have a problem not getting it to start? it might be your fuel injectors. if theyre clogged, they might drip a little with the car off and sitting causing it to idle a little high at 1500 when you fire it up. then they might not deliver enough fuel.

Check the voltage of the Tps sensor. Check the 1st O2 sensor. Check all the vacuum line and check the vacuum line for the MAP sensor. Any check engine?

It's not your fuel pump nor your injectors.

my TPS was shot and then my fuel pressure regulator crapped out. i'd check those. the o-ring on the fuel pressure reg. could be dead. when its cold the o-ring is normal size but torn or something, as the car warms up it expands and closes the tear.
