When I roll up my passenger side window it will go halfway up (if it's all the way down) and then stops. The window then will not move up or down. If I wait about 5 minutes it will roll up another few inches. So I have to wait about 10 minutes until I can fully roll up the window. The whole time the driver side window works fine. It will do this if the car is completely on or just in the on position. Any ideas?
