shaking while gently accelerating

Hello everybody!! great site
Thanks for the info on the TCC stalling and check engine light!
I recently had my trans 3 sp rebuilt and it shifts well and sounds good. I am replacing the TCC this week to address the stalling . in the meantime the idle is set a little high. the wheel allingment and brakes are ok. I noticed while slowing down while still giving gas the car will shake (from the center not wheels) It also will do while gently accelerating say 50 to 60 mph. aside from that it runs great. any suggestions?? if i maintain the same pressure on accelerator at same speed it will continue to shake.
bad bearing??? , univeral joint???? rear axle????????? it will "drive through" the problem and go away.

Without knowing what car you have, it's not in the profile-my guess would be a crankshaft position sensor.

That's what it was in my'93 2.2, mine had a very slight miss noticeable only on the over run i.e. not accelerating or decelerating. New C.P.S. cured everything

Hope this helps

Have you had the wheels balanced? Could be tie rod ends.
