Does anyone know how or know of a walk through. Is there a certain way u have to remove it?

take the belt off......undo the conections......unbolt the alternator.........installation is opposite of removal
hm thats probably the problem i need to remove the belt first, any tips on doing this?

Get yourself a belt removal tool from a parts store. install it on the tensioner and push towards the back of the car. slip the belt off and then let the tool come towards the front of the car. Just rest it on the metal support, no need to take it off.
Replace the alternator and put the belt back on.
@!#$ a tool..just take a pry bar and pry that beetch back till it gets loose...reinstall is the same as removal
