Well this just started happening about a week ago where I'd be driving and my BRAKE light ( Parking Brake) would come on and turn off, on and off. I checked to see if I had the P-brake down all the way and every time it was. Now its always on...solid brake light on the dash. Could this just be a sensor or loose wire? Any info will help, thank you!

Check your brake fluid!!! It will come on one it gets low. And it will flicker or come on once in a while if it's getting low.
