I have a 1997 z24. Recently all my interior lights dont work.(dome,trunk,glovebox,headlight reminder chime). I have hooked up a test light and tested all the fuses and they are all fine. I checked the wires going into the the dimmer switch and they have power going to them. Im still confused, maybe a fusible link or switch has gone bad. Any ideas guys?

How about power coming out of the dimmer switch?

If you have no power coming out of it short out the dimmer switch with a short length of wire and see if the lights come on then.

Or did you mean you have checked power in and out of the switch?
