ok guys i hope this makes sense ...but on my 2001 cavalier when ever im at low speeds and i turn right or left it makes a funny noise ..on a smooth road u barely hear it but when the road is ruff u hear it clearly..this only happens at low speeds also it doesnt matter if i turn sharpe or not......my car is stock everything please help..bud at work says it might be my CV joints i want it fixed please help

what kind of noise....clunking, screeching, scraping, metallic? More info will help!!
