Having concerns about shifting into 1 st gear
It takes abit of effort to get it into 1 st gear smoothly when the engine/transmission isn't warmed up yet
It not as bad when the engine/transmission are at normal operating temperature. Still I have to fight to get it into gear. I am not an agressive driver so it's not as if I've been abusing the transmission/clutch.

However, for example, when I am stopped on a slight grade on the road at a stop sign, then I let off the break and the car starts to roll abit on it's own before I put it in gear, it slips into 1st effortlessly. Then again I can start from a complete stop and the engagement into 1st is effortless so it's not as if it happens all of the time

Is there something wrong with my transmission?
Is there something wrong with my clutch engagement? Can I adjust it?
Is this a normal thing with the Getrags?
Anybody out there have the same ting going on?
Or is this just normal???

Your car is still underwarranty. I would suggest taking it into the dealer to be looked at.

I think you can only shift into 1st when your going slower than 22km/h or some figure like that, I think i read it in my manual (even though i have a 2k Z24) or else it was the haynes. Just something for ya to check out. Might be a solution.
