Hi everyone,

I have a 2002 Cavalier 2.2L non-Ecotech (just the original 2.2L which apparently changed to the Ecotec engine somewhere in the 2002 model year.) I have a lot of noise coming from the crank pulley area, so I suspect that it needs a new harmonic balancer/vibration damper. I see two styles listed for my car on various websites. I want the OEM GM balancer, but I see two different styles of vibration dampers listed on the various websites.

I got part number 10112371 which just looks like a plain metal crank pulley - I don't see any rubber anywhere. Did I get the wrong part? Is there an unseen harmonic balancer somewhere behind the timing cover?
