Hi, I have a 1999 Cavalier and I was recently told by a dealer that my SDM module had an internal short, so I purchased one. Unfortunately it was the wrong part number so the module no longer communicates with the car itself. My seatbelt warning light and my air bag light are on continuously as a result of the failed swap. I have the correct SDM coming in the mail, and I wanted to know if both lights will behave as normal after swapping the module in?
