What size metal fuel line does this car have and what kind of flare is at the ends?

I guess it rusted out, right?
Take out the fuel line and see if you can match it, if you want to do it that way.
But if one line went, the others are probably not that far behind (including all the brake lines, not just under the car).

On my '05 Cavalier the brake line rusted out, right under the middle of the car.
The dealer sells a kit, containing all the fuel and brake lines under the car. It was expensive, about C$600.00.

Just do not take your car to the dealer to replace the lines, they would make sure that the labor cost would be as expensive as possible.
