I have a '99 four door that the trim pieces from the back door to the rear window are in need of repair. Does anyone know how these things are put on & how to get them off without breaking them.? It looks like they are glued in.

I was going to take them off because it looks like the groove is full of dirt & I need to pain that area & cant get it clean.

Its piece #2 in the picture I found.
