Is there a fuse or relay for the lights behind the HVAC knobs? Mine recently stopped working and all the fuses I have checked were still intact so I'm not quite sure why they went out. All my other interior lights work so I was thinking it has to be a separate fuse or the lights themselves burnt out. Any ideas? And are there small incandescent bulbs behind that panel or LEDs? I haven't tore into it yet I just wanted to get everyone's opinion before I started tinkering with the HVAC panel.

Not sure about 03-05 but 95-02 have I believe 2 bulbs and I think they are 74 or something like that. They are really tiny.
