Rear 02 wires

Hey there all. Hoping someone can help me while I'm at work so I can get it done. Basically I got a 97 Z24 Cavi, the rear o2 senor is being replaced and I can't find my multimeter. Its got 2 white 1 gray and 1 black. If I could figure out how to upload a pic I would. Any idea's? Is it even possible to ID with out a multimeter?

What do you need to know? Which wire is which? Both whites are for the heater, polarity does not matter. The black wire is ground and the gray wire is the signal wire.

Are you asking about the sensor side or the car? all of our sensors that are 4 wire have the black as the signal and the grey is ground FYI.. If you PM me with a part number I can give you wire specs.

Yes I was asking about the sensor wire's and the jobs they held. I was able to hook up my simulator and went from 7 codes, forcing my ETS off and hard setting my ECU if I remember correctly, down to 2 codes. I hope there isn't a rule against advocating for a place that did what I needed on my 3rd Gen J-Body, so if it is my bad wont happen again "http://www.ubertechnics.como2_simulator_2.5.aspx".
Got there fast and did the job. Thanks again for all your fast help! Really excited about building up my first j-body and this looks like the only place to do it.
