Ok took my heater box completely out setting in my garage floor now do i have to cut all the open it
start by only making one post about the subject, and don't quote the first post as your second reply in said first post... and you don't cut it open I don't think. I would think you just replace the whole assembly. then again I have never done it but I haven't ever heard of cutting it open to replace things. if there aren't any obvious ways to get it open, its probably not meant to open.
Have a nice day.
Why the multiple posts? It's not going to get you a faster response, its going to get you flamed.
You don't need to cut the HVAC unit apart, you have to drill out a bunch of plastic welds. To put it back together, it has all the holes to screw it back together, if you can come up with the screws. For mine, I stripped them from an extra HVAC unit I had laying around.
well figured it out you have to chisel the plastic rivets and put screws back but i have go get another heater core the line spin and i not putting a heater core that i think is broken when its this big of a job to do
well first post was about removing it second post was how to open it
both threads asked the same question. no sense in posting two threads within 2 hours of each other asking the same thing.
Have a nice day.

Follow the rules and you wont have a problem. When you do stupid stuff like clog the forums with multiple posts, and neglect to use the search function is when you get issues.
Have a nice day.
well i did use search function and still never found out and there different post for two different objectives but thank you Jordan for being polite
