Been having this problem for some time and with summer around the corner id like to fix it for good, there use to be a whining niose comin from somewhere in the engine, so i changed the powersteering pump because i was told they when they are going they tend to make that noise or somethin simular. Still had the problem, the noise comes and goes but other than that doesnt really do anything, i am also getting a weird smell when i rev up my engine, smells like undetenated fuel or possible oil burning. but oil level does not change. just wondering if any one knows what it could be because i am puzzled. the upper end looks fine and the seal is good havent checked the lower end yet.....

LOL the power loss and noise is probably your A/C compressor running.

As for the smell, you have a leak / seap somewhere.
