i'm having an issue with my 1997 cav when the temp out side drops down around 30 deg or so the fuel pump dosent wont to turn on but if i turn the key off and on a few times i can hear the pump turn on. the colder it is the more times i have to turn the key off & on to get the pump to start up. the parts i replaces are the fuel pump & relay, ecm & the ignition switch. the only thing i have left is the temp sensor which i just picked up today. if any one has any other ideas please let me know because i am all out of ideas. p.s. once the car runs it starts every time until it sits long enough to get down to the out side temp.
