Pumping brakes = rpm increase?

When I'm idling at operating temperature and I pump my brakes my rpms increase slightly, and then returns to normal idle speed. Is this normal?

It takes about 3 hard pumps and then it revs. Everything else is working fine. Not really a problem, but just wondering if this means there is a leak somewhere. Possibly vacuum?
