ok so battery light has been coming on and off for the last couple of weeks, yesterday it was rainy and somebody did an abrupt stop. I had to slam on my brakes and I almost hit him. Ever since that I have been idling at about 1200rpm and my deck wasn't working..
Today the cluster was kicking in and out, deck was working for a bit but then died after 4-5 mins. Cluster was completely off near the end of the ride and I had no signals, no wipers and now the car won't start at all.
Battery is in the trunk but the main fuse going to the front is fine. I don't have a multimeter yet but I should have one by 5:00. Any suggestions?
fixed now, it was the alternator.
