is it possible to order just one rod bearing? all ive seen is sets everywhere"

i had my set but my dog found one of them so now its all @!#$ up.

Yes, u can go to ur local parts store and pick up just one bearing. I have had to do it before.

napa can only do it in sets
advance has to special order
dealer wants 32.08 just for one
coastal engine wants 43.87 per set + freight
autozone cant get one.

anywhere else anyone can think of? or online enven?

We have an Orielly Auto Parts here, that's where i got my bearing. I just walked in, bought it and that was all. They do have an online site, i'm sure u could order it off of that.

just sets online

and the guy in the store showed me the computer screen and he couldnt special order it.
guess something changed from now to then.

That's weird, I did this like 6 months ago. What year and motor is the car? I will stop by the orielly here and see if theres somthing i can figure out for ya. I know the manager there so maybe i can get a part number for ya that will help ya out.
