i wana take it out of my 04 cav in plans of boosting, never done it b4 so if neone who has can help with where i can find out how to or suggestions on where to start would be thankful!!!!!!

run a short belt. i dont know if it is the same as a 2000 ish model
but run the shorter belt. purge the lines, and remove them. pretty straight forward. someone could probably get you better directions, but thats a general concept.
