I just picked up a 2000 Cav 2200 5spd with about 131k. When I purchased the vehicle, the ABS light is on. Any particular things that I should check? I checked the fuse inside the car and under the hood, and both are o.k. What typically causes the ABS light to come on? I know I could have used the "Search" option, but I would rather have a more direct answer. Thanks in advance.

Should have used search. Hundreds of reasons, bad sensors, bad ring, bad connections, broken wire etc... need a scan tool to get the code

gf's abs light comes on... her's is due to the sensor being cracked.
