I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's probably looking for (M) Manual (TX) Transmission (oil) Fluid, but it's bad that I had to ponder that for a while too. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer since I've only dealt with my auto. Someone else can probably chime in.

if its the getrag, then you should go to the dealer and get it from them.

i've heard people having great luck with auto trickshift in the getrag. if its the isuzu, the ONLY thing to use is syncromesh.

According to the profile, it should be a Getrag. I've heard people say good stuff about the B&M Trickshift, but I haven't tried it yet. I've had Amsoil synthetic ATF in mine for a few years now. It's still hard to shift sometimes when it's really cold, but otherwise feels marginally smoother. Mobil1 ATF is supposed to be good too.
I think that these trannys just vary somewhat from one to another in their shift quality. We've never changed out the factory fill in my brother's 02 GT, and it's always shifted nicer than mine. It still does - kind of ticks me off a bit that mine's never worked that nice. At least the Amsoil helped somewhat. I drained it at 80,000km and the "old" stuff still looked like it just went in there. Seemed kind of wasteful... but I felt better thinking that I had made an "improvement".
Whatever you put in there - just use the full two quarts - it won't be overfilled. That's the recommendation I've read somewhere in the transmission forum before. Mine's been working for years like this now.
