i have a 96 sunfire with a 2.2 and its running on cyls 1 and 4, the 2 3 coil had cracks in it so i replaced it, still runs on 2 cyls, i have a ign moduel from a 97 and it looks exactly like the 96 module but the numbers are different, will this work?? a new ones 200 and this one was free
did you check and replace plugs and wires too?
97 module did not work, put a module from a 96 in and it fired right up, plugs and wires are fairly new ill get my buddy to get them changed again
