Anyone have any advise on these? It appears to not be pumping back up. Anyone have any suggestions for reinstallation to insure it will pump up. TIA

you have to squeeze the plunger down into the housing about a 1/4 inch and it will come all the way back out

Thanks. The old one would not do that, got a new one and it pops back out nice and easy.
