Well i have a donor car that runs fine that i took the boots and that white pack from and noticed my existing boots were white on the ends like stress marks. So how can i get the ignition module (big thing inside white pack) out to swap it out? Thanks.

the ignition module is the little silver thing that the wire connector plugs into. the big black thing is actually 2 separate coil packs. if you already have the white plastic cover off they should just pull out. there is not screws holding them in. they are held in by the idi cover pressing down on them when you have it all assembled. once they're loose just disconnect the wire connectors. i just changed mine and i had to pull pretty hard just because they had been in the same position for so long.

why do you need to take it apart....just swap the whole idi cover
