Long story short I was coming off the highway and the engine just died. 6 chimes, all indicator lights on. It started up fine once I pulled off the road. Happened 2 more times (last time in my driveway as I pulled up to my garage) and the 3rd time the thing refused to start. So I pulled the battery for 10 seconds and plugged it back in and it starts up just fine. Any idea what this might be? Fuel pump appears to be priming fine. No check engine light. 97 2.2 with 301000KMs. Maintenance is up to date but the coil packs have never been replaced - once the engine is running it runs just fine. Thanks!
