Hi, I have a 95 Cavalier 2.2L auto, and recently its been misfiring under load, I have changed plugs, wires, and coils but still the misfire I've been trying to read through alot of other misfire issues but no definite answers, I have access to scan tools, so if you have any recommendations please let me know. Also, there is no CEL and no stored codes. Thanks for any help.

Do you have an ignition control module on that model?

If you have I have known that to be the culprit.

I have the same problem but only when its cold outside. i changed everything you changed and the ignition control module...still nothing. it throws no codes unless you drive with it plugged in and the misfires bounce between cylinders. even replaced my injectors. now i think its either the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator. it has my mechanic scratching his head and everyone else too so see if you can hook up the tester they make for the pump and see what it shows the readings as.
