So, i was driving home from work today and I was noticing how sloppy my shifting was. I was embarrassed until i was in N going down a hill, and it kept revving higher and higher until it red-lined, so i put it back in gear and it was fine. I got home, and immediately assumed that it was the return spring on the throttle, or some sort of jam.. Some throttle malfunction. SO i ended up taking off the plastic housing for the cruise cable and the throttle cable, and pulled it down and started my car and it was gone.
I revved it up really high again, just to check to see if it was still sticking, and now it idles at 1500RPM, which is def not right. I lubed it and everything, and it is still sticking..
So my real question following my detailed story is.. Should i replace the whole throttle body? or is there a part i can buy and just fix it for now?
Thanks guys!

Yeah, no one posted with any suggestions so i just took apart everything from my intake manifold up.
I found out it was the gasket from my intake sucked partially into the throttle holding it open just a little.. well, alot.
But i also found something else of interest when i took everything apart and cleaned it.
I had oil in my intake manifold, like caked all inside it, so i cleaned everything with a long dryer brush and degreaser.
everything is working better now
Thanks for all your advice.
