My left turn signal is very dim and will not blink. It blinks when you turn on the hazard lights. We have replaced the bulb and fuse. My husband checked the wiring but still no clue why its being a pain. Any ideas?
Dim, and will not blink, but blinks with hazards?
I would be looking at the contact for green fuzzy stuff, or being loose. Excessive resistance = lower voltage = dimmer bulbs

Thanks for the suggestion. Me and the ole man went out there and cleaned up the contact, but still no blinking and dim. It is also dim when the hazards are on but it blinks. We cleaned all the contacts for all the lights so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the rear light causing this problem. -sigh-
Does both front and rear exhibit these symptoms? If so, check/replace the bulb in the one you didn't replace before and see if that helps. If not, your flasher is possibly bad, its located above your feet, in some Cavs its sort of a neon green color, I'm unsure what color it is in the 95's.
thanks but the turn signal issue is somewhat resolved. Now its a headlight and turn signal issue lol
